We all have our coping mechanisms. Currently, I’m on my third drink and I have a plate of nachos on their way (just kidding, they’re here!). We all need them, but I think it’s important to focus on what ours are and address if they’re healthy or not. Like… fuck you, they’re not as good as exercise but nachos are amazing all of the time. Drinking, eh? Snorting cocaine while taking pills and washing them down with vodka, probably less so?
