Noble Stall Fronts & Dividers in use

Noble Stalls are designed and built with the safety and comfort of your horse in mind. They are as attractive as they are functional....and they are easy to install! Our attention to detail is second to none.
Our Square Tube Stall Fronts and Dividers are custom built to your specifications using only the finest American made materials available. These materials are exceptionally strong and virtually rust-free. The framework is built with 2'x2' square galvanized steel and is fully welded at each joint. The grills are constructed of 1 3/8' OD round galvanized steel tube set on 4' centers (leaves 2 5/8' between bars). These grill tubes are placed into the square tube frame with specifically milled inserts. The finished product is a beautiful seamless grill offering unmatched strength. The wood insert mounts are formed with a heavy galvanized flat steel (wood not included). The wood inserts are made one of two ways: a single flange for flat plywood inserts, or a double flange (channel) that accepts 2x6 tongue and groove lumber. Both leave no exposed wood edges for a horse to chew on. All welded joints are treated after fabrication with a zinc-rich rust inhibiting paint.

Stall Fronts can be mounted to existing barn posts or inter-connect them with Stall Dividers in a clear span building.

Square Tube Stall Front (Tongue & Groove Inserts)

Standard lengths are 10', 12', 14', and 16' with a height of 8'. Custom lengths and widths may be ordered. Wood products are not included.
Stall Front comes standard with Swing Door. Can be ordered with the following options: Sliding Door (placed on left side, right side, or center), Drop-Down Grill in door, Yoke in door, and Feed Door.

Square Tube Stall Front (Tongue & Groove Inserts)

Noble Stalls are available with either a Swing Door or a Sliding Door that offer a full 52' wide door opening. The sliding door can be ordered with permanent grills or with Drop-Down Grills that will allow the horse to have it's head out into the alley. A Yoke Style grill is also a popular door option. Sliding doors are installed onto the front at the factory with premium quality, easy-glide trolleys placed inside a round track. Both types of stall doors have an easy-to-use positive locking Door Latch. You may even choose the placement of the door (right, left, or center of front). The most popular Stall Front option is the Swing-Out Feed Door. The door is set into the grilled section of the front and allows easy access to feed and water. It can be operated by one hand while the other hand is holding hay or grain. The Feed Door is an excellent option to choose when used with the Noble Corner Feeder.

Stall Door Options

The Drop-Down Grill can be added to a Square Tube Stall Front with a Sliding Door. This option allows the horseman to open the top half of their door, giving their horse the freedom to hang it's head into the barn aisle. The Yoke can be added to any Noble Square Tube Stall Front, also allowing the horse to hang it's head into the barn aisle. All doors can be ordered on left side, right side or center.

Swing-Out Feed Door

This Feed Door can be added to any Square Tube Stall Front. It can be placed on the right or left side of the front and is typically on the end opposite the entrance door. The latch and hinge system on the Feed Door is simple, strong and maintenance free. To open, simply lift up on the door and swing in or out. The Feed Door is not designed as an opening for a horse to place their head out of (for this application, order a Drop-Down Grill or Yoke style door).

We offer our stalls in both kit form (lowest price, most labor required) and as Standard Stalls. Triton Horse Stalls are made of galvanized 14-guage (or heavier) steel tubing, and u-channel that is welded into a solid frame. Then, after fabrication, the assembly is dipped into hot galvanizing solution to give the best rust protection in the industry. Our galvanizing process meets or exceeds ASTM A-123 specifications, which require a minimum of 98% zinc coating.
